1. Who We Are

ClientToClose (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a real-estate lead-generation service.

2. What Data We Collect
Booking a strategy call: we capture your name, email address, mobile phone number, preferred meeting time, IP address and basic browser metadata so we can confirm your appointment and send up to three SMS reminders.


Browsing the site: we collect anonymized cookies and analytics data to measure traffic and improve performance.

3. How We Use Your Data

Appointment management: 1 confirmation + 2 reminder SMS messages.

Customer support: responses to enquiries sent to [email protected].

Legal compliance: maintaining records for audits and regulatory requests.


4. SMS Policy

You will receive no more than three (3) SMS messages per appointment; messages are transactional only (date, time, Zoom link) – no marketing texts.

Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS; you will receive a one-time confirmation.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:

GoHighLevel, LLC – CRM & messaging platform (data processed in the USA).

Zoom Video Communications, Inc. – to generate your meeting link.


6. Data Retention

Booking and consent logs are stored securely for six (6) years (carrier/CTIA audit guideline) and then permanently deleted.


7. Your Rights

Access or correct your data: email [email protected].

Withdraw SMS consent: reply STOP.

File a privacy complaint — contact your local privacy regulator (e.g., the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your state/provincial authority).


8. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest; access is restricted to authorized personnel.


9. Policy Updates

We may update this page; material changes will be highlighted here at least 7 days before taking effect.
